The ingredients that give life to our gelato are all seasonal Italian products: 100% Sicilian pistachio and candied fruit, Sorrento lemons, Tuscan pine nuts, Langhe hazelnuts, Candonga strawberry, Venetian walnuts or the best from California depending on the season.

For exotic fruits, chocolate and vanilla instead we buy from the best places of production.
